Shipping in the USA
& handling is only $5.50 per order within the United States, and
free for orders greater than $70. We ship to US destinations by first
class mail which normally takes 2 to 9 business days but can
occasionally take a little longer. We also have a faster option for 8
dollars which normally takes 1 to 5 business days. Sometimes the postal
service takes longer to deliver and we have no control over this. We do
ship to APO destinations, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR APO

UPS to USA destinations
If you need your product quickly, for an additional charge we have:
UPS ground - $11 - takes 2 to 7 business days. We ship from California.
UPS three day - $14 - takes 3 business days to arrive. We may manually
add a few dollars extra if the package is over 3 pounds.
UPS 2nd day - $17 - takes 2 business days to arrive. We may manually add a few dollars extra if the package is over 3 pounds.
UPS or FedEx next day - $27 - arrives the next business day. We
may manually add a few dollars extra if the package is over 2 pounds. If
you order before 1:30 PM Pacific time you can almost be guaranteed
that your package will be shipped that day. We may, at times, be able to
ship that day up to 2:30 or even 3 PM, but we can't guaranteee this, it
depends how many packages we still have to ship.

Shipping cost is $20 and it is done by global priority with tracking
which usually takes 4 to 10 days. Customs in some cases may delay
delivery an extra few days. This is not in our control.
Shipping charge is by Global Express at a cost of $30 per order. It
normally takes 5 to 10 days. Customs in some cases delays delivery by a
few days. This is not in our control. Please check with your customs
office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you
intend to order. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and
we do not receive the package back, we will not be able to issue a
refund. If we do receive the package back and the products are in good
condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still
responsible for the shipping charges and a nominal restocking fee.
Q. Why did you eliminate the airmail option?
stopped shipping by regular 12 dollar airmail to countries outside the
US in March 2010 because too many packages were being lost or claimed by
the customers that they never received it. The 12 dollar airmail option
did not have a tracking number. Global Express has a tracking number
and we can now make sure people do get their package.

Return and Refund Policy:

purchase. However no one can guarantee that this will happen just as a
doctor and pharmacy can make no guarantees that any medications
prescribed by a doctor will work in everyone or cause no adverse
effects. Each person is unique in their response. One person may notice
great benefit from a supplement, while another may have a side effect or
an allergy. Yes, natural herbs and supplements, just like medicines,

to items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and you include a

don't keep credit card numbers due to security reasons, so please
include your cc number when you ship the products back.

Return Policy Questions:
Q. I am
hesitant to purchase your products as you seem to have a "Catch 22"
return policy. One will not know if the product(s) will work unless they
actually try it. Your policy states that the product has to be returned
unopened, which negates the ability to try what is sent. I usually know
within a very short time if herbs, medicines etc. work with me (by the
first 3 days to 1 week). Would I still be able to return the item for
a full or partial refund if I find that it doesn't do what the product
purports to do?
A. When you actually think about pharmaceutical
drugs prescribed by your doctor, you will realize that neither the
pharmacy nor the drug company will accept a return of a bottle if the
antibiotic or other medicine does not work, which is quite often.
Considering this, as an herbal supplement company, we do not feel we
need to accept returns of opened bottles. There is no way we can please
everyone with every product. Plus, accepting returns makes it possible
for people to abuse the system and return a product with just a couple
of capsules left requesting a refund even if they liked it (and this has
happened to us in the past when we were accepting opened bottles). We
prefer not to deal with this hassle. There may be other online companies
that do accept returns of opened bottles, and if this is important to
you, you could certainly shop with them.
Q. I noticed that Physician Formulas products say
certified on them. I wondered who certifies the strength and purity and
lack of heavy metals in your products.
Our products are made at
NHK Laboratories which is independent from us. This lab is regularly
evaluated by the FDA to make sure all ingredients and the manufacturing
processes are within FDA guidelines.
