Q. Is it okay to take more than 5 Fisol capsules a day?
   A. It is probably preferable to take 1 to 4 Fisol capsules a day for long term daily use, however for short periods more than 4 or 5 Fisol capsules can be taken.

Q. Can you take Fisol fish oil capsules if you have a shellfish allergy. I can eat fish but cannot eat shellfish.
   A. As far as we know there is no problem consuming Fisol or fish oils since they contain fatty acids and not the allergens that cause shellfish allergy.

Q. Is there any potential problem taking one Fisol capsule daily for many months or years.
   A. We don't foresee any problems in taking one Fisol capsule daily for prolonged periods.

Q. What is the major difference between Fisol and Fish oil wild?
   A. The primary difference is that Fisol has small softgels for easy swallowing for individuals who have difficulty swallowing large softgels. They both have the same epa dha omega3 fatty acids.

Q. I need to take fish oil supplements, but the ones on the market are way too large for me to swallow. Your website states that Nature's Way Fisol is smaller. Compared to a regular fish oil softgel, how much small is Fisol? 
    A. The Fisol softgel is about half the size as a regular fish oil softgel.

Q. Is it okay to take a Fisol supplement the same day as flax seed oil supplement for more omega-3 fatty acids as long as they are in small amounts?
   A. Yes, we don't see any negative interactions combining small amounts of Fisol supplement and flax seed oil supplement.
