Acerola berry questions
Q. Is it okay to take acerola powder on a daily basis?
   A. Acerola appears to be a safe supplement, but as with most supplements it is best to take breaks from use.

Q. I would like to take acerola powder daily and MultiVit Rx. Are there problems combining these two products?
   A. We don't foresee any problems combining acerola and a daily multivitamin.

Q. If I take acerala powder daily as suggested with 160 mg of vitamin C a day, do I need to take additional vitamin C?
   A. We believe that 100 to 200 mg of vitamin C a day is a good amount to supplement, although research says higher amounts are also safe. However, whether taking more than 500 mg a day provides additional benefits has not been adequately proven.

Q. Can I take an acerola pill with goji berry juice? What about with green tea extract, pomegranate, mangosteen, noni juice, or resveratrol supplements?
   A. As long as the dosages are reasonable, we don't expect any side effects since acerola is a safe supplement..We also suggest you have a healthy diet since that is more important than taking supplements.
