     A. There is no right bacopa monnieri dosage of that applies to everyone, each person is unique. In general use the lowest dosage that works.

Q. Can one take bacopa extract the same day as Mind Power Rx?
   A. It is preferable not to use them the same day but in lower amounts they can be combined.

Q. Which is a better mind enhancer, bacopa monniera extract or DMAE?
   A. It is very difficult to compare mind supplements since one person may prefer bacopa monnieri extract while another may prefere a DMAE supplement and still others may like acetyl-l-carnitine or a combination of herbs and supplements found in Mind Power Rx. It is practically impossible to predict which one will work best without trial and error.
