Passion flower herb questions
Q. Is passionflower herb as potent as kava herb in inducing relaxation?
   A. It appears that most people find kava to be more potent than passion flower herb. For the purposes of relaxation, some people prefer 5-HTP, others passion flower, still others kava, valerian, hops, theanine or tryptophan. Everybody has a different body chemistry and what works for one may not work for another. For evening relaxation and sleep enhancement, Good Night Rx is very helpful.

Q. Can passion flower supplement be used daily?
   A. Passion flower herb appears to be a safe supplement thus far and as long as you take 2 days off a week, it should be fine to take on a regular basis.

Q. Can valerian and passion flower supplement be used together?
   A. As long as you keep the valerian and passion flower dosages reasonable, they should be fine together.

Q. Are there any passion flower side effects?
   A. We have not seen any medical reports of any significant passion flower side effects. One passion flower side effect is sedation or sleepiness. Hence, we suggest not using heavy machinery or driving when you take a passion flower supplement unless you have used this herbal product in the past and you know how it makes you feel.

Q. Can a passion flower supplement be taken together with Xanax, or other anti anxiety drugs or prespription medications?
   A. Only if your doctor approves and the dosage of the prescription medication is half your usual dosage. There may be a possibility of excessive sedation when passion flower is used in combination with a benzodiazepine or other medications used for sleep or relaxation.

Q. Can I take a passion flower supplement together with Good Night Rx?
   A. Good Night Rx can be taken in the evening while passion flower at half a capsule can be used during the day.
