To participate in the Affiliate Referral Program, simply read the Affiliate Referral Agreement, complete the Affiliate Registration form, and place an approved link on your web site. When you complete the Affiliate Registration form, you will receive instructions on creating your individual affiliate links. You can place this link anywhere on your site and begin to generate referral commissions immediately .

Commissions are 25% of all sales generated from orders which originate directly from the Physician Formulas Affiliate Referral link. Each customer you refer will be tracked for 120 days and you will be paid commissions repeatedly if the customer reorders during this 120 day time period. tracking Sales on the website generally range from $10.00 to over $200.00 per transaction, producing commissions of $2.50 to $50.00 per sale for orders generated from your link.

Approved link formats are provided on the confirmation page you receive upon completion of the registration form. You will be able to review your account status at anytime and commissions will be paid monthly provided they exceed a total of $70.
