Q. Can maca supplement be taken the same day as Passion Rx?
   A. We prefer maca supplement and Passion Rx be taken on separate days since they are both potent.

Q. Is it okay to take maca supplement every day?
   A. We prefer users take a break from maca and other herbs. Sometimes taking maca or other herbs for too many days or weeks in a row can lead to anxiety, overstimulation, irritability, rapid heart rate, and insomnia.

Q. Is it okay to take maca with other sex herbs such as horny goat weed or tribulus or tongkat ali?
   A. It is preferable to first learn how each herb influences you by itself, and it takes a week or two of trial separately with each herb to have some understanding. Once you know how each herb works for you, then you could consider combining maca with another herb, but keep the dosages low since there can be overstimulation if maca and other herbs are combined at full dosage. 

Q. I have come across web sites that sell royal maca or Peruvian maca. It sounds impressive. Are these products better than the maca product that you have?
   A. Maca is maca, whether it is embelished by the terms royal or Peruvian or any other adjective or name. Our maca raw material comes from Peru and is of very high grade.

Q. I would like to take maca herb, but am afraid it may weaken the effect of my oral contraceptive. Will this herb interfere with the potency of my birth control pill?
    A. We have not seen any studies regarding the influence of maca herb on the effect of birth control pills, we suspect there would not be much if any of an influence but until studies are done we can't be sure.
