Q. Is is healthier to take a higher amount of CoQ10 supplement, such as 100 mg or more rather than 30 mg?
   A. There is no long term human research to indicate the ideal dosage of CoQ10 supplement use. Many people have the misconception that higher amounts are healthier, but in fact lower dosages of certain supplements may provide more benefit. High dosages could through body chemistry out of balance. Hence, we don't suggest taking more than 100 mg of CoQ10 a day, and for most people 30 mg a day is just right.

Q. Where does your CoQ10 product come from?
   A. This CoQ10 raw material is made in Japan. Japanese scientists have been working on CoQ10 synthesis for several decades.

Q. How is CoQ10 made or synthesized?
   A. CoQ10 used to be extracted from animal hearts, but now CoQ10 is synthesized in a laborator by a fermentation process. Many labs in Japan have different patents on the synthesis of CoQ10.
