CMO supplement questions:
Q. What is the ideal dosage of CMO supplement to be taken on a daily basis?
   A. Not enough human studies have been done to known the ideal CMO dosage or how long it should be taken. To be on the safe side, take a day or two off each week and a few days off each month.

Q. Can CMO pills be taken the same day as Joint Power Rx?
   A. We suggest you first try a CMO pill supplement for a week or two to see how you respond to it, and then try Joint Power Rx by itself for a week or two. Once you feel comfortable with each supplement, you may consider combining them as long as consult with consultation with your health care practitioner.

Q. What time of day should I take CMO pill?
   A. As a rule, most supplements are best taken before or with breakfast. In the case of CMO, taking the pill a few minutes before, or with breakfast, are good options.

Q. I have purchased the product Joint Power Rx. One of the ingredients is CMO and on the label says “vegetable oil extract.”  Since CMO is not sourced from vegetable oils, I’m wondering about this ingredient.  Could you please clarify this for me?
   A. Although CMO is found in animal fat, it can als be  derived from vegetable oil by esterification of palm kernel oil with cetyl alcohol.

Q. What is the amount of CMO in the CMO 400 mg complex capsule? Is it 40% which is 160 mg pure CMO? What is the amount of CMO in the Joint Power Rx capsule? Is the 100 mg pure CMO, or is it the CMO complex?
   A. Cetyl Myristoleate complex - 400 mg (Fatty acid complex with cetyl myristoleate at 40 percent, along with several other fatty acids including cetyl myristate, cetyl palmitate, cetyl laurate, cetyl palmitoleate, and cetyl oleate). So it is 160 mg CMO per 400 mg of CMO complex. In the Joint Power Rx, it is 100 mg of CMO complex which is 40 mg of CMO.
