Suma herb questions
Q. Is suma herb a good aphrodisiac or libido enhancer?
   A. Suma herb has a mild aphrodisiac effect, but not as potenta as horny goat weed, tribulus, maca, muira puama, catuaba, and other natural aphrodisiacs.

Q. Is it okay to take a suma supplement the same day as a tongkat ali supplement?
    A. Tongkat ali is quite potent and we suggest not mixing the two supplements together. Learn how each one works by itself before considereing combining.

Q. Which is a more potent sexual enhancer, suma herb or tribulus extract?
   A. In our opinion, tribulus terrestris extract is a more potent sexual enhancer although suma pills appear to provide a better sense of wellbeing and more balanced energy enhancement.

Q. I have been taking 2 suma capsules daily for one week and noticed more energy. Is there a maximum number of suma capsules a person can take daily?
   A. We suggest not taking more than 2 suma pills a day and to take a day or two off a week. If you notice suma side effects such as shallow sleep, reduce to one suma pill a day.

Find out about recent suma research and other sexual enhancers such as yohimbe bark. Buy suma supplement on sale. If you buy another herb for energy or sexual enhancement, we suggest you take suma supplements on a different day since you could experience too much energy and perhaps shallow sleep.
