Quercetin is a Dietary Supplement

Activated Quercetin is a bioflavonoid derived from plant sources. Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered (non-acidic) form of vitamin C.

   (as magnesium ascorbate)
Magnesium - 49 mg - 10%DV

Quercetin - 1 gram *†
Bromelain (2,000 G.D.U. per gram)†- 300 mg*

Suggested Use: 1 or 2 quercetin capsules daily or as recommended by your health care specialist. If you have a delicate, easily irritated stomach, take with meals.

†GDU is a standard measure of activity for bromelain.

Other ingredients: Sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, preservatives, artificial color, flavor or fragrance.

Q. Is it okay to take a quercitin supplement daily for many months? I just bought a quercitin supplement and was not sure of its safety.
   A. We are not aware of long term human studies with quercetin supplements, but thus far no significant side effects have been found with quercetin supplement intake. However, it is a good idea to take breaks from use.
