Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 graviola capsule with dinner a few times a week or as directed by a health care professional. Graviola has some relaxation properties, therefore it may be better to take this herbal supplement in the evening as opposed to daytime. If you want to sleep deeper, you can take the graviola pill along with a hops supplement pill about 2 hours before bed. Also consider Good Night Rx which you can take about 3 or 4 hours before bed on an empty stomach.

Q. What's in graviola herb?
   A. There are quite a number of compounds in graviola herb with exotic and long names. Some of these include acetogenins, muricins, and many others.

Q. I read on a website that the standard dosage of graviola herb is 2 grams three times a day. Is this the right graviola dosage?
   A. There have not been adequate human studies with graviola herb to determine the appropriate graviola dosage. Most people find one capsule of 600 mg of graviola to be adequate for their purposes. Higher dosages could lead to graviola side effects such as fatigue or sedation.

Q. Is it okay to take a graviola supplement and a mangosteen supplement the same day?
   A. We have not had any reports of problems with people taking a capsule of each.

Q. What time of day should I take a graviola supplement?
   A. Each person is different. At first you can try taking the graviola supplement in the evening and then see whether it works better for you taking it at another time of day.

Q. I have a question about what other medicines you can take at the same time you take graviola. can you take garviola with chemotherapy drugs? Do you have to stop taking graviola when you take chemo?
   A. Since human research with graviola is lacking, we cannot give any answers with confidence.

Q. I read on another web site that graviola herb has been used as a treatment for cancer, is this true?
   A. We are not aware of any human studies regarding the role of graviola herb in the prevention or treatment of cancer. Any such claims regarding the use of graviola supplements to treat cancer are premature and are not based on actual human studies.

Why is it your website states 1 capsule a few times a week and that is 500mg. Other sites say to take 600mg 2-3 cap 3-4 times a day.
    We tend to be on the cautious side when it relates to herbal supplements that have had few human studies and few, if any, long term evaluations. We prefer erring on the side of caution while other websites may be more cavalier in their approach. Furthermore, some people notice feeling sleepy after taking a graviola pill and therefore it may not be safe to take too many a day.

Graviola side effects
Common graviola side effects include tiredness and sleepiness. Graviola can, in some people, help with relaxation.
