Usage: Take 1/4 or 1/2 or a full tyrosine capsule preferably with juice a few minutes before breakfast or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Take no more than half a capsule if you are sensitive to amino acids or taking other supplements and medications.

Tyrosine Side Effects
Tyrosine side effects on high doses include rapid heart beat, palpitatinons, anxiety, restlessness or insomnia. Always start with a small portion of a capsule to see your reaction before proceeding to higher amounts. Consult your doctor before using tyrosine in you have a cardiovascular condition or are taking medicines. Tyrosine side effects may be more prominent if this supplement is combined with SAM-e, St. John's wort, ginseng, sex enhancing herbs, phenylalanine amino acid, and any other nutrient or herb that has a stimulating nature. Tyrosine side effects could occur when this supplement is combined with antidepressant medication such as SSRIs, or amphetamini-like drugs.

We suggest not drinking more than one cup of coffee if you take a tyrosine supplement. We don't recommend taking tyrosine and caffeine pills together.
