This natural sleeping pill is formulated by world renowned nutrition expert Ray Sahelian, M.D. "Years of research finally paid off with this remarkable sleep formula," says the doctor, who is considered one of the most well known medical doctors in America.
The following are some reasons a person may wish to take this herbal sleeping pill:
In order to provide natural relief for occasional sleepless nights. Good Night Rx can help you relax and provide a deeper sleep than you would otherwise.
To reduce stress and frustration from a difficult day at work, or stress due to an emotional matter.
Good Night Rx can be taken in the evening to help occasional simple nervous tension or nervousness due to common every day overwork and fatigue. Good night Rx can provide a relaxed feeling to help you calm down and gently soothe away tension, helping you partially or mostly resolve that irritability that ruins your day. Use no more than two or three times a week.
If you have a tendency to overeat before bedtime in order to help you fall asleep, you can use Good Night Rx once in a while to help you fall asleep and avoid the late night snacking.
Note: At most use a Good Night Rx capsule three times a week and take a full week off each month. Most sleeping pills, whether natural or pharmaceutical, work better when used occasionally rather than nightly.Suggestion
This natural sleep aid works best when taken on an EMPTY stomach 3 to 4 hours before bed. Take one or two pills at least 20 minutes to a half hour before eating your dinner. An excellent regimen to help you sleep well is to take this pill about half an hour before a meal which has some complex carbohydrates. Or, drink a fruit smoothie that has a little bit of milk or soy milk, a banana, and a couple of other fruits, sweetened with maple syrup or honey, and the optional addition of flax seeds for more fiber. The carbohydrate load, in addition to the natural sleeping pill, will be a good combination that you can try 2 or 3 nights a week.
In addition to Good Night Rx taken before a meal, one can take a hops pill about 1 to 2 hours before bed with or without food. As with any natural or prescription product, it is a good idea not to take pills every night in order to avoid tolerance.
Caution: Do not take a Good Night Rx sleep capsule if you are planning to operate heavy machinery, planning to cook a meal, driving, or engaging in mental tasks that require full alertness.

Interesting feedback from a consumer
I wanted to let you know that I take a capsule of Good Night Rx about 3 to 4 hours or so before bed on an empty stomach. Then I take a graviola capsule that you sell. I find the combination works great for me. Sometimes I also take a capsule of hops along with the graviola. I use this regimen 2 or 3 times a week and it helps me getter a better night's sleep.
Good Night Rx testimonial
Two capsules calm me down some and help with a deeper sleep. Sometimes I take with a higher dose of melatonin, and that works well, like a synergistic effect.
Comments: Good Night Rx works well even with one capsule if taken at least 3 hours before bed on a completely empty stomach. The combination of melatonin may enhance the intensity of dreams which can make nightmares more prominent.
Use by children
Q. Is this natural sleep formula product suitable for my daughter (8 years old) that normally has difficulties to get asleep?
A. This natural sleep formula was developed for adults, but if her pediatrian approves, a child older than 8 may use one capsule once or twice a week.
Good Night Rx side effects:
Thus far we have not had any reports of significant side effects with Good Night Rx. There appears to be no increase in nightmares, morning grogginess or memory problems which are common with sleep drugs.
Good Night Rx natural sleeping pill questions:
Q. Does Good Night Rx provide a knock out sleep like a pharmaceutical sleeping pill?
A. Good Night Rx natural sleeping pills is a gentle way to help you relax and induce sleep, but it is not as potent as a drug. The vast majority of users love this natural sleep product. Good Night Rx may not work well the first night or two in those who are habituated to pharmaceutical sleeping pills and take these drugs on a nighlty basis. But, after weaning off the prescription sleep medications, Good Night Rx works quite well.
Q. Is it okay to take a hops pill along with this natural sleep formula?
A. Some users do take a hops pill with it and most say it helps them.
Q. Does Good Night Rx work the first time I take it?
A. For most people it does. For others it may take the second or third evening of trial before it finally starts working. Some people who were disappointed the first night and tried again the second and third nights realized that it did work for them after all. The most common reasons that this product may not work the first time is due to taking it with a meal or full stomach, or taken by those who are regular pharmaceutical sleeping pilll users whose brain is used to a knockout punch from a drug.
Q. When is the best time to take Good Night Rx natural sleep pill?
A. Each person is different, but a range of 3 to 4 hours before sleep before sleep is acceptable for many people.
Q. Can I take Good Night Rx with a pharmaceutical sleeping pill?
A. We discourage the use of Good Night Rx the same night as a drug.
Q. I would like to try Good Night Rx, once and for all. I see that you encourage only occasional -and I guess "as needed"- use of the supplement so I know that there shouldn't be dependence. However in terms of when to use it: Can it be used say, when I eventually realize after a while that I'm having an acute (occasional) bout of sleep problems, for whatever reason? In other words would it be ok to use it late into the night after tossing and turning is already in progress? Or might it cause me to be too sleepy in the morning (if I eventually fall asleep) when used too "late"?
A. Good Night Rx does not work well taken in the middle of the night. It is best used 1 to 4 hours before bed on an empty stomach, followed a half hour or later by a meal that has carbohydrates to induce sleep such as spaghetti, tomato sauce, and a little bit of cheese.
Q. Can I take Good Night Rx during the day if I feel stressed?
A. Only if you plan to stay at home and will not be driving or operating heavy machinery for at least 6 to 8 hours.
Q. Is alcohol use okay with Good Night Rx?
A. One glass of beer or a couple of ounces of wine are fine, but we discourage drinking more than these limited amounts.
Q. I have chronic insomnia and take a sleep drug nightly. Could Good Night Rx replace the sleep medicine?
A. This product is for those who have occasional sleepless nights, not those who have chronic insomnia. There is sometimes a rebound effect when a sleep medicine is stopped which means it is more difficult to sleep on the night when the sleep medicine is not taken. Good Night Rx is not as potent as pharmaceutical sleeping pills and is not meant for those who have chronic, severe insomnia.
Q. I would like to know the amount of each ingredient in Good Night Rx.
A. The FDA allows companies not to reveal the exact amounts as a way of trademark and patent protection, otherwise other companies can copy a successful formula. Good Night Rx is a successful proprietary blend, hence we are not in a position to reveal this.
Q. I have a little difficulty with Good Night Rx as to when and how to take it. The recommendation of 1 to 4 hours before bed time on an empty stomach does not chive with rhythm. I eat at 6 pm and go to bed at 10 pm. Should I take it before 6 pm? Is my stomach already empty at 8:30 pm?
A. Good Night Rx can be taken 4 hours or so before bed, therefore it can be taken a half hour before sleep.
Q. I suffer from the occasional sleepless nights and am interested in trying Good Night Rx. However, I have problems swallowing pills. Can Good Night Rx be broken up and/or ground? Thank you.
Q. The capsules can be easily opened by twisting and pulling, and the contents mixed with a little bit of water, or juice. Please take it on a totally empty stomach for best absorption.
Q. I would like to know the mg of how much 5-HTP, valerian, passionflower and melatonin in Good Night Rx sleep product.
A. Good Night Rxis a proprietary blend and we don't want our competition to know the exact dosages since they can copy it and sell this successful formula developed after years of research by Dr. Ray Sahelian.
Q. I get better sleep when I take Good Night Rx. Is it not okay to take this product every night? It seems many of the herbs and nutrients in Good Night Rx have health benefits.
A. Good Night Rx has a number of herbs and nutrients and many have health benefits, but we suggest people not take a sleep aid, no matter whether it is herbal or pharmaceutical, more than three nights a week since tolerance may develop or side effects may occur.
Q. Is it okay to take a theanine supplement an hour or two after taking a Good Night Rx pill?
A. If you have tried each one on separate evenings and know how each supplement makes you feel separately, then it would be fine to combine them unless you have a major health issue or taking medications, in which case consult with your doctor.
Q. I read on a website that GABA is very unreliable because it does not easily cross the blood brain barrier. Why then is it in Goodnight Rx. Do other herbs in Goodnight Rx help GABA cross the blood brain barrier? My problem is that I can not sleep long enough. I wake up at 4 or 4:30 and can not go back to sleep, no matter what supplements I take.
A. There are more than a dozen ingredients in Good Night Rx that work together to help with sleep. The majority of Good Night Rx users find it to be very helpful but it has to be taken on an empty stomach at least 2 to 4 hours before bed. If you eat late in the evening, consider taking the Good Night Rx a half hour before your meal.
