TMG, also known as anhydrous betaine, is present in a variety of plant and animal sources.

Suggested Use: Take one quarter, a third, or half of a trimethylglycine tablet a few times a week or as recommended by your health care professional. TMG is potent and taking a full tablet may cause too much stimulation for some people.

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

Trimethylglycine Side Effects:
Some people may be sensitive to trimethylgycine and should take small doses. High doses of TMG trimethylglycine can cause side effects such a soverstimulation, insomnia, restlessness, headache, and rapid heart beat. Keep your dosage to half or a third of a tablet.

Q. Is it okay to take a trimethylglycine supplement the same day as acetyl carnitine brain pill or tongkat ali sexual herb? What about tribulus terrestris extract herb and SAM-e?
   A. All of these supplements are potent and we would suggest not combining them since there could be too much restlessness and increased body temperature.

Q. Would a galantamine supplement used for memory  have interactions with a trimethylglycine supplement if taken the same day? What about with acetyl l carnitine pills?
   A. Galantamine, huperzine, DMG, CDP-choline, acetyl l carnitine and trimethylglycine are potent brain boosters and we suggest not taking them the same day.
